3. Pre-Orders
Certain items may be sold as pre-orders.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
The item is not yet in stock
Estimated delivery dates are indicative only
Delays may occur due to production, quality control, or logistics beyond our control
Pre-orders are charged at checkout unless otherwise stated.
If a pre-order is materially delayed or cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and offered a refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to:
Correct pricing errors
Cancel orders placed at incorrect prices
Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible; however:

Some items require additional processing or sourcing time
Delivery estimates are not guarantees
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier or postal services
Customs or border processing
Weather, strikes, or global supply chain disruptions
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Once an order has been dispatched, risk passes to the customer.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled or amended before processing begins.
Once an order is in production or transit, it cannot be cancelled.

Delays outside our reasonable control
Variations inherent in the manufacturing process
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in New Zealand courts.
